Mystic Cs is a five-bedroom, three-full-bath, and two-half-bath Inlet/channel-front house located 0.2 miles south of Garden City Pier and just a short walk to the beach. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher upstairs and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave downstairs, as well as a ground level bonus room, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Eight TVs (Smart TV in living room, Roku upstairs) and Wi-Fi are also provided. 

There are two-bedrooms, two-half-bath, and one-full-bath located at ground level; three-bedrooms and two-full-bath are located upstairs. Sleeping accommodations include two king (one up, one down), three queen (two up, one down), two twin (down), one twin-sized bed with trundle (down), and one queen-sized sofa bed (down). The ground level living space is not accessible from an internal stairway. Outdoor amenities include private channel-front stationary and floating docks, and ample parking. No internal stairway.
