Responsibilities

Client Consultation
Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

Customer Service
Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting clients with claims processes.

Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all policies, contracts, and customer records are maintained accurately and comply with regulatory requirements.

Relationship Building
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, establishing trust and fostering repeat business.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Valid state insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
