Walk-in services are available for all our services! However, for documentation services such as Wills, POA’s, and Living Wills, we ask that you call and make an appointment if possible.
Identity

We can guide you through the process. To obtain a Real ID (deadline May 7, 2025), you must visit a participating DMV. You will need your current driver’s license, birth certificate, any name change documents, and two proofs of your current PA address (e.g., utility bills, bank statements, or pay stubs).
Registration

Our registration services cover motor vehicle and fleet registrations, ARP management, PennDOT records, as well as registrations for personal watercraft, ATVs, and snowmobiles.

For a title transfer, please bring:
The vehicle title (notarized if the seller is not present)
Both the Seller’s and Buyer’s driver’s licenses (if the title is not notarized)
The Buyer’s proof of car insurance
A Bill of Sale (if one was created)

Yes, if possible, please bring the vehicle to the office when processing a title transfer for an out-of-state vehicle. If it is impossible to bring the vehicle, take a clear picture of the VIN number and bring it in when you complete the title work.
